The STEAM Exhibition, held from May 16 to 18, 2024, at the Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall in Kathmandu, Nepal, was a dynamic showcase of HWS students’ innovation and creativity. The event brought together enthusiastic young minds from various educational institutions, who presented their groundbreaking projects, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
Among the standout exhibits were a self-driving robotic car developed using Arduino programming and engaging games created on Texas Instruments calculators by HWS students, demonstrating their ability to blend education with entertainment. These projects highlighted the precision and control of modern technology, as well as the boundless creativity of the participants.
The exhibition attracted a diverse audience, including students, parents, educators, and industry professionals, all eager to witness the future of technology and education. A significant highlight was the visit from former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who engaged with the students, praised their dedication, and encouraged them to pursue their passions.
The event emphasized the importance of
interdisciplinary learning, combining science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics
(STEAM). It fostered a sense of purpose and commitment among the participants, underscoring the
crucial role of curiosity, creativity, and collaboration in shaping the next generation of innovators and
